Once again, congratulations to Sara Willhoit for her bronze medal at the UK Mountain Running Championships at Skiddaw. Sara beat the tough Scot Kirsty Dickson with a tenacious run. Sara also placed in the top 6 in the WMRA international race in Italy a few weeks ago. Logically, Sara should have been selected for the World Championships off these runs, as she has proven on numerous occasions. Shrewsbury AC is blessed with a spirited squad of women, which is growing all the time.
