The first SYAL Cross Country was on the 22nd of September at Lilleshall. Shrewsbury AC had 34 athletes competing. Lilleshall as usual, is a very challenging course because of  its uneven ground and long grass.  Congratulations to all our runners we had fantastic team results and individual podium finishers.
