On a big weekend of running for the club congratulations to Paul Jones and Jan Cook, who represented England in the England vs Wales Masters match at the Great Bristol 10k.

Paul was the winner of his category, a fine 32:42 sealing the victory in the M50 race, while Jan’s 39:17 saw her finish second in the F50 category. These runs helped England to win the overall fixture.

Huge congratulations to both, on the honour of being selected for England and on great performances on the day. These two runners set a fine example on how to train and race and it’s brilliant to see them recognised.
