Jan has been in fine form since joining the club this year and is a very welcome addition to the group. She built on a strong summer at the Sexarathon, producing a great run of 3:05:30 a 1 minute PB and a time that saw her finish 7th Overall Female and 2nd in the FV45 Category.

It will also see her well within the top 50 ranked FV45 Marathoners in the country, pending verification from the RunBritain Rankings.
