It's been a successful year for the club's athletes and to celebrate the club's junior and senior members got together for the annual presentation evening at the headquarters of Salop Leisure.
The awards night was particularly special for junior athletes Lucy Newell, Katie Hulme and Bradley Davies-Pugh who took the major honours.
In recognition of her impressive cross country performances and for breaking the club U13 record for the 1500m Lucy was awarded the trophy for the best junior athlete, donated by former Shrewsbury Mayor Eileen Sandford.
16 year old Katie impressed in a host of competitions in a variety of events and also set a club record in the 300m hurdles.
Triple jumper Bradley's performances saw him move up to 3rd on the all-time club rankings.
As well as individual awards - a host of successful team achievements were also celebrated. At the Shropshire County Cross Country Championships in early January both the men's and women's teams finished on 1st place. The U13 girls also claimed top spot. The senior men's team also won the North Wales Cross Country league for the 4th successive season while the men's masters team also retained their title.
Pat Higgins said that the presentation evening capped what has been a fantastic year for the club. She added that the U17 women and U17 men have done particularly well over the past 12 months, especially in track and field. Our athletes have won a host of awards, both as part of a team and individually.
In addition to the Track & Field awards, and the cross country awards, the best performances by club athletes on the roads and the fells were recognised.
