Junior Cross Country Report - Meole Brace 6th October 2019

Congratulations to all runners today, it was a tough course particularly if you had to run the hill twice. Every runner put in a strong performance and many improved from the last meeting at Lilleshall.

Team positions for today are as follows
U11 Boys went up one position and finished 4th, well done to Ralph (14th), Joseph (15th), Rio (27th), Jamie (33rd) and Freddie (21st)
U11 Girls stayed in 2nd position well done Ava (4th), Chloe (7th), Maisie (11th), Harlow (13th), Harriet (37th) and Isobel (40th)
U13 Girls finished 1st again, well done Beth (1st), Lucy (2nd), Savannah (9th), Jess (19th) Katie (20th), Amber (22nd), Emily Holloway (27th), Emily Hall (28th) Poppy (30th)
U13 Boys finished 2nd team they were joint first last time, well done to Adam (3rd), Zach (9th), Monty (13th), Will G (24th), and Louis (29th), a great effort considering we were missing Jack, Freddie and Will D.
U15 Boys 4th team Well done Adam Ed (1st) and Jude (2nd)
U15 Girls Georgie Trow (12th)
U17 Boys Joe Gilling 4th
U17 Girls Jess Gunner 11th

Well done to everyone who improved their finishing position this week and to the new comers who are still building their confidence in cross country.

Louis who improved by 7 places

Well done to Freddie Taylor who finished 21st in his first race for the club and to Jamie who stepped in at the last minute for the team.
